就业前景
商科重实践，Sauder商学院的本科生可以通过Business Career Centre，寻找实习与就业机会，就业指导中心提供包括：职业技能评估、辅导写求职简历、教授面试技巧、联络招聘企业，帮助学生提高就业竞争力。
申请要求
除了常规的申请要求（学术成绩、语言成绩），UBC还特别注重学生的综合能力，通过Personal Profile来评估学生除了学习成绩以外的实力。

如何评估？
Personal Profile主要通过四项指标来审核：

除了通用文书题目，所有的商科申请人还需要完成两篇额外的补充文书题：
1. Explain how you responded to a problem and/or an unfamiliar situation. What did you do, what was the outcome, and what did you learn from the experience? (maximum 200 words)
2. What social issue is important to you? Why? How have you personally helped to address this issue? (maximum 200 words)
此外，在递交申请前，申请人还需要完成面试。UBC的面试流程不同于普通的网络一对一面试，而是通过固定的网络连接，回答学校提前准备录制好的面试问题，并在线递交。

面试注意事项：
1. 充分准备，总结自身优势，回忆过去经历，包括：challenges, achievements, strengths, beliefs等；
2. 调试设备，达到最佳录制效果，包括：浏览器、耳麦、光线、安静的环境等；
3. 保持自信，注意礼仪着装；
4. 回答有断续很正常，不要纠结于失误，只有一次机会；
5. 真实不作假，说你想说的而不是说自认为别人想听的，面试是学校了解你的另一个途径。
